To find an editor, fill out the form below. Items marked with an asterisk (*) are required. You will be able to preview and edit your listing before you submit it; our administrator will then review your post, making structural edits as necessary, and publish it. Please note that if you don’t provide a job title in the description, we will assign an appropriate title for you.

When your job is filled, please email info@edsguild.org (including the client or company name and job title) so we can notify our members.

When you submit information to this website via webform, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us.

Find the Editor You Need!

Your submission will be sent to our membership list, and interested Guild editors will contact you.
To make sure you get the right kind of contacts, be sure you know the types and costs of editing.

 The Northwest Editors Guild is not an employment agency, and as such does not test or certify our members. You are responsible for ensuring that the editor you hire has the skills you need and for negotiating the details of the work arrangement with your editor. Issues that may arise between you and your editor should be addressed directly with the editor.
